FleetSharp
FleetSharp is a GPS fleet-tracking and vehicle-management system that helps HVAC companies monitor their technicians and service vehicles in real time. It provides live location data, route history, driving behavior, and vehicle health insights so HVAC teams can dispatch more efficiently, reduce fuel costs, and improve accountability in the field.

HVAC companies get a more connected and streamlined workflow between their fleet operations and their service management system.
The Problem
The process of activating the FleetSharp integration was unnecessarily complex. Users who were already signed up with FleetSharp were unable to activate the integration directly. Instead, they were required to contact the customer success managers' (CSMs) to initiate and complete the integration process. This manual approach created a cumbersome process.​
The Solution
I designed a dedicated FleetSharp homepage accessible through the Integrations section of the Settings menu. This initial page provides comprehensive information about FleetSharp, including its functionalities and benefits. For users who have already signed up for FleetSharp, a prominent activation toggle is positioned at the top of the page. By clicking this toggle, users can seamlessly proceed to the next steps of the integration process.​
Upon activating the toggle and following a set instruction a modal appears for the user to type the API Token.
Once a user's FleetSharp account is synced with FieldEdge, the homepage interface transforms. It now feature three distinct tabs:​
