Hello! I'm Sharlene.
I’m a Dominican creative based in Queens, NY, with a Bachelor of Technology in Communication Design from the New York City College of Technology. I've been passionate about the arts since childhood. I began my artistic journey drawing cartoons before discovering the world of design. This sparked my decision to pursue design in college, where I truly fell in love with the field.
Eventually, I transitioned into the digital world of UX/UI, driven by a desire to create intuitive and elegant solutions to complex problems. I'm always seeking opportunities to refine my skills and push the boundaries of innovation.
What I love about UX/UI is the opportunity to help people through design.

I was born and raised in the Lower East Side of New York City and now reside in Queens, NY
Both of my parents are from the Cibao region of the Dominican republic (Which makes me Cibaeña)
I got attacked by a cat ... TWICE ... (I am not fond of cats)
Mofongo is my favorite food
